The Netherlands France Chamber of Commerce (NFCC) aims to create a dynamic platform where members can actively connect with each other, as well as with business professionals and officials in France. Our organization is dedicated to advancing the interests of the Dutch business community within the French market.

Under Article 39 of the General Tax Code (CGI), membership fees are 100% deductible from taxable profit when incurred for the benefit of the company’s development.
Under Dutch Corporate Income Tax law, membership fees for professional or trade associations are considered business expenses (“zakelijke kosten”) and are fully deductible, provided they are incurred for business purposes.
