Noor drives the Chamber’s growth by strengthening its visibility, expanding its Dutch business network and attracting new members. She develops strategic partnerships, cultivates relationships with key stakeholders and creates opportunities to increase the NFCC’s reach, strengthen its community and foster French-Dutch business collaboration.
