Building Bridges: Takeaways from Our Cultural Workshop

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of organising a rich and inspiring cultural workshop on cross-cultural differences, held as part of the GMEP (Global Market Entry Program), an initiative of The Hague & Partners.
We were very warmly welcomed at the Undutchables Recruitment Agency offices in The Hague, where the session took place, a perfect setting for an open and collaborative exchange.
For this workshop, we invited two of our valued members, Undutchables Recuite Undutchables Recruitment Agency and Philomène Klomp (FSE Services), who delivered an interactive and inspiring session. Through practical examples, interactive discussions, and concrete cultural frameworks, participants explored how cultural dynamics shape communication, expectations, and business relationships.
A warm thank you to Emmanuele, Marjan and Philomène, and the whole team at Undutchables for their professionalism and expertise, and to Elisa and Ricardo from The Hague & Partners for this opportunity, and of course to all participants for their energy and openness.

Another special thank you as well to the Undutchables Team for the typical Dutch lunch, which, for our colleague Ghalia, as a French person, offered a perfect avant-goût of the cultural workshop to come in the afternoon!
We look forward to the next sessions and to continuing this journey toward stronger intercultural understanding and international success!
