Food Ingredients Europe 2025: A Dynamic Showcase of Innovation in Paris

Food Ingredients Europe in Paris once again proved to be a major highlight for the global food and beverage sector. The event welcomed more than 20,000 visitors and 1,500 exhibitors, offering a comprehensive view of the trends shaping the industry — from sustainability and innovative packaging solutions to the latest developments in product design and formulation.

The Netherlands had a strong presence, with 83 companies gathered within the Dutch Pavilion. The diversity of participants, ranging from emerging startups to well-established industry leaders, reflected the strength, creativity, and international ambition of the Dutch food and beverage ecosystem.

Our Board Member, Fleur Brinkerink-Messer, attended the fair on behalf of the Netherlands France Chamber of Commerce. Throughout the event, she met with companies and partners to explore new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
